Bone Marrow Horseradish Sauce
1/4 cup beef bone marrow (obtain by roasting beef marrow bones and scooping out the marrow)
1/4 cup grated horseradish root
1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1 T. mustard
1 t. white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and enjoy! This sauce is great for dipping, or for slathering on your roast beef sandwich or brisket taco.
